Getting Started

Remodeling your home does not require you to take a leap of faith. In fact, you won't need to jump at all. We'll walk you through it.

Starting with planning and design, a series of sketches and drawings will be prepared. Upon reaching a final design solution, we'll prepare a clear written outline of the work involved and the products that you have chosen to be used. The project is priced, typically with a few options. When you are ready to start the project, you will visit some of our construction partner's showrooms to select various products such as plumbing fixtures, flooring, countertops and cabinetry that will be integrated into the project. We will provide experts to help you coordinate these selections and advise you. This is the fun part that precedes the noisy part - construction.

The 'tear down project', as we have come to call it, provides an example of the design and construction process for both, new homes and remodeling. The photos take you through the schematic layout, sketches, construction drawings, and the building process.

The 1940's bungalow set on this beautiful site. The property was purchased with the intent of removing the existing structure and building a new home. It was designed to be flooded with daylight and maximize views of the wooded areas outside.
