We are residential remodelers, new home construction builders and architectural designers, a small hands-on firm that attains most of its' work through referrals. Our excellent construction is performed by talented and experienced professionals that share long term relationships with us. It's a conscientious team.

My entire career has been within the building industry, starting in architectural firms due to my love of architecture. Design remains to be much of my focus today, the basis for every successful project. I soon expanded into project management and residential building, which I have been doing for a couple decades.

While managing projects, I favor the 'champion for the cause' approach. One individual leading a project from start to finish, working with clients, interior designers, trade specialists, engineers, inspectors, and a host of others. It gives my clients one key individual to work closely with.

Kozulla Corp. has performed remodeling and building services around the Minneapolis and St. Paul metro areas, focusing on the communities of Stillwater, Lake Elmo, Woodbury, Cottage Grove, Inver Grove Heights, Eagan, Rosemount, Apple Valley, Farmington, Lakeville, Burnsville, Savage, Prior Lake, Chaska, and Chanhassen. We have also worked throughout Dakota and Scott counties.
