Mark Kozulla is our lead architectural designer and listener. He is a three-time recipient of the Reggie Award of Excellence given by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (now Housing First Minnesota) for his new home designs. He is involved with every remodeling project, large or small.
We are a small firm with a streamlined business style that maintains a low level of indirect costs to complete our projects. Trade partners and subcontractors that share close relationships with us are utilized, granting us the hard work of experts in their fields, only when we need it. We offer creative design, superb project management, quality craftsmanship, and because of our small nature, fair and competitive pricing.
The majority of our remodeling firm’s projects are in the southern suburbs of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, in communities such as Apple Valley, Rosemount, Burnsville, Inver Grove Heights, Cottage Grove, Eagan, Savage, Shakopee, Mendota Heights, Woodbury, Lakeville, Prior Lake, Farmington and Elko. We also work throughout Dakota and Scott counties.
